Yeah for Pumpkins!

Last night, we went over to Jon and Jo's house to carve pumpkins. The pumpkin Ian is painting we grew in our garden :)

We had a great time, like we always do.

Yesterday afternoon, we went to a costume birthday party for one of Ty's co-worker's sons (boy that's a mouthful). Ian had a blast in the jump house and also with the pinata. As you can see, we all dressed up for the party. Ian was Mario, Ty was Luigi, Luke was Toad, I was Princess Peach (although Ian kept calling me Princess Mommy) and Jaina was Princess Daisy.

We were at my parents' house today, Ty was helping my Dad put a roof on his shed. While we were there I pulled out the camera to get some shots...here are some of my favorites

Park

To kill some time today, the boys and I hit Central Park. The city of Bakersfield has done an awesome job fixing it up...it use to be run down and full of homeless people. They've added a playground and a canal with bridges and waterfalls that runs through the park.

Go Condors!

Last night we took Luke to his first Hockey game. He didn't really like the loud horn when the Condor's scored, but other than that and the fact he was tired, he seemed to like it. Ian of course loved it...he's been to quite a few games.

7months

It's hard to believe Luke is 7mo old today (the pictures were taken Sunday). He gets around pretty well now and sits himself up like a pro. He's begninning to pull himself up, Ty thinks he'll be walking within the next month or so.

Ty and I have not had a chance to get out and take any scenery pictures since Luke was born...we're planning an outing real soon. This last weekend we did manage to capture a few good shots without having to leave the yard.
