Last year we decided to take the boys to the Bakersfield Christmas Parade...they liked it so much, we decided to make it a tradition. So last night, we bundled up and headed downtown
We had yummy pizza for dinner and cookies for dessert (left). Luke licking Ty (right)

Not sure what high school, but Ty thought it was neat they did Star Trek (left) And the cops that parked their bikes right next to us for a few minutes(right)

Wow, that's impressive. Our parades here are just a bunch of people riding on trailers pulled by trucks. Most people are just dressed in their winter coats and toss out candy to the onlookers. We don't bother braving the cold for it.
