Who knew we lived that close to the mountains.
We had a huge double rainbow in our backyard. I had to take 3 pictures just to get all of the lower rainbow...if you look close you can see the other rainbow above it.
Bakersfield is like a new city after the rain.

Man, I would gladly pass on some of the rain we get here, I forget how welcome it is in other places. Thanks for reminding me. The river that runs near our house is flooding from all the snow melt and rain, thank goodness we're up on a hill.
