Ty and I had a super-fun time at Magic Mtn. last Monday. I still can't believe we've been married for 7 years!

Partys
Saturday was pretty busy for us. We got up early and headed to Ty's parents' house for a Birthday Party for Gabe. The kids loved all the games Grandma had planned! After Gifts and Ice Cream we said our goodbyes and headed to our next Party...
My Cousin Casey's Party! This was suppose to be a Birthday/Congrats on your RN Party, but it turned into much more.
As we all smiled for a Group shot Casey and her Husband Jordan yelled
"We're PREGNANT"
They had been waiting 7 weeks to tell everyone...I'm surprised they didn't let it slip while they were here for Ian's Birthday Party a few weeks ago, those little stinkers!!

Dolphin
Ian moved up another level in Swim Class this past Tuesday...he's now a Dolphin.
His teacher says he's a natural and expects him to move up again in a couple weeks. She started teaching him the Breast Stroke and the Butterfly and he seems to already have those down :) We think it's pretty awesome considering he was afraid of the water just a few months ago.

Grandparents' Day
Yesterday, was Grandparents' Day at Ian's school. Since I'm on the PTC this year, and needed to be there early to help set up and serve the donuts and coffee, my parents took both boys with them.
After the Grandparents' Day festivities, I had a PTC meeting. Luke wasn't really feeling up to sitting around listening to a whole bunch of women and the principle talk...so he was like this most of the meeting.
Then he found my camera!!!

Ian's 6th Birthdays
Ian was really spoiled for his birthday this year...
Because of when his Birthday fell (super-close to the beginning of school), he got 2 parties.
Last Saturday we had a family party for him at the pool house (a special thanks to Don and Aggie for helping us get the spot). We swam, opened gifts and had yummy cupcakes.
For Ian's actual Birthday on Tuesday, we took him out for ice cream at Baskin Robbins (it's become a tradition with us to go out for Birthday Ice Cream). We had to rush because it was also his back to school night, and lets just say 1st grade is not all fun and games!!!
Thursday, after school, we threw Ian another party for his school friends.
Ian wanted the theme for his party to be SUPERHEROS.
Ty and I made the invitations complete with masks.
We transformed our house into the Hall of Justice complete with Bank and hanging signs.
When the kids arrived, they were able to make their own super capes. Afterwards, they had hot dogs and a little fun before coming inside to open gifts. Unfortunately, when they all came inside this is what they found...
Yep, a not from the bad guy, letting them know he took all the gifts...
Ian did a great job defeating the evil Loki...All the kids were Super impressed with Ian's skills.
Finally...gift time. Ian got a lot of cool new toys (I'd love to post them all here, but there'd be too many). So I posted my favorite, from his friend "A", money in a tissue box! After all the gifts were opened, we had Birthday Cupcakes, then the kids found another note from the "Bad GUY"
Oh no!!! He robbed the bank (but I thought he died, guess not)! The kids were able to successfully find all the money Loki stole from the bank and they got a nice reward for returning it all...CANDY!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY IAN...hope your 6th Birthday was SUPER FUN!!!
Thank you all the family members and friends that were able to share in Ian's Special Days. And thank you for all his SUPER Awesome GIFTS...
Until Next Year!
