Chores

Ian started his Chore Chart this week. He's done pretty good. Only had 1 accident and has gone 4 out of 5 nights with out his binkie. He's been taking his baths and brushing his teeth without the fuss.

And well...I guess this is what I get for asking him to clean his room

Yes, It's all just shoved into and out of his closet. Too cute!

Father's Day Weekend!

On Saturday, the boys and I went over to my parents' house to visit (Ty went to the beach with Jon and Jo). Ian had alot of fun playing with his cousins and his Aunt Jessie, Aunt Jen and Uncle Alan.


On Sunday, we had breakfast at my parents' house. mmm...yummy waffles, eggs, sausage and fruit.

After breakfast, we met up with Jon and Jo and drove to Tehachapi to have lunch with Ty's dad. Before we left I snapped this picture of Nathan and Ian. Nathan's trying to put his arm around Ian...too cute!

Grad, Soccer, and Sun

On Friday...Ty and I packed up the kids and headed south to Pomona to watch my little sister get her Masters in Liberal Studies. This is a huge accomplishment and I am very proud of her. She will be an awesome teacher.

Since the graduation ended around 10pm, we spent the night at my aunt and uncle's house in Hesperia. The next day (Saturday) we went to my cousin, Emily's, Championship Soccer game. They won 1st place...Way to go Em! After the game we went back to my aunt and uncle's for pizza then took off for home

Today (Sunday), we took Ian and Luke to the park... Ian played and Luke slept.

Slip'n'Slide

After getting Ian's stitches removed on Tuesday, we went over to my parents' house to visit. My nephews are here from Utah. Kevin, Cody and Ian had a blast on the slip'n'slide. Luke was lazy, as usual, kickin' it in his swing.

I can't believe it's been only a week.

For those who weren't aware of the accident, Ian slipped in the tub on the 3rd. Since it happened at night my mom and I took him to the ER. Ian did an awesome job waiting and he only cried 2 times (once because I was crying and the other because he wanted to watch Diego). After 4 hours of waiting, they took us back to a room to see the doctor. Ian ended up getting 3 stitches.

The below picture was taken on Monday, June 8th

The stitches were taken out yesterday, June 9th. He was a little nervous about the Doctor touching his nose, but he did a great job holding still.
